Young Industries Rotary Valve Calculator has finally been created, and it has a wide range of helpful features. Our app is a simple and easy way to be able to calculate what RPM the valve will be working at based on capacity per hour, and the bulk density.
Improving Material Handling Machinery Development With Draftsight Enterprise
It’s always a challenge when choosing software to boost the productivity of the company.
Our solution was to add DraftSight Enterprise 2D design solutions to perform 2D-related tasks during the development of our custom-designed material handling systems, including modification of legacy drawings, creation of simple layouts or sketches, and development of P&ID (piping and instrumentation diagrams). We have been using this in addition to our existing SOLIDWORKS 3D applications.

Young Industries “Patent Pending” PowderFlow Butterfly Valve utilizes a TransFlow® disc to condition and fluidize the powders handled. The TransFlow® disc uses low volume 3-5 PSIG of compressed air to fluidize and condition powders. The compressed air is delivered to the disc through the disc shaft.
