Our Dust Control Products
In addition to bulk material handling equipment we also engineer dust control equipment and systems for our customers. These are available as standalone dust control equipment like bag dump stations and custom designed central dust control systems.
These filters use pulse-jets to continually clean the “Uni-Cage” filter tubes. This feature allows for bag access through doors on the clean air plenum making maintenance easier.
These units are used for mechanical separation of granular type products. Our standard sizes include 10″ thru 78″ diameter units. These units are able to provide both vacuum and pressure services at capacities of 115 to 15,000 CFM.
These systems are designed to control dust over a variety of system arrangements. Dust from a variety of process equipment is able to be controlled by these systems. The dust is conveyed to a central filter for separating the material from the air with the material discharging into a container.
