Our Testing Process

We make it easy for you to test your materials before committing to a purchase. Simply provide us with a sample and the MSDS, and our safety team will review it. Once approved, we'll assign a Test Material Authorization (TMA) number and provide shipping instructions. After testing, we'll provide a detailed report, including pictures and videos (if applicable) so you can see the results firsthand.

Test Lab

Our 9,000 sq. ft. research and test lab is equipped to handle a wide range of materials and processes. We offer bench tests to evaluate material characteristics, as well as full-scale testing on various equipment, including:

Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)

For larger projects, we offer Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) to ensure your system meets your specifications before it leaves our facility. This comprehensive testing process includes:

  • Mechanical verification: Confirming component and system requirements, checking motor and sensor functionality, and evaluating safety & ergonomics
  • Performance testing: Running the equipment with your actual material to verify convey rates, CFM requirements, and power consumption
  • Batching accuracy: Evaluating batching equipment for accuracy, batch time, and overall functionality
  • Electrical verification: Confirming wiring, PLC functionality, communication protocols, and safety features
