Model TDV Diverter
Tab/Blade Diverter Valves are engineered for precise material routing in gravity flow applications where a tight seal is essential. They are used for diverting material from a single inlet to either a through-leg or to a divert leg. These valves offer robust construction and O-ring seals on the blade shaft prevent dust leakage, keeping your process clean and efficient.
Features & Options
Tab/Blade Diverter Valves are used in gravity flow bulk material applications where material needs to be diverted straight through and minimum dusting between the legs is acceptable. Two models are available: 30°diversion leg offset and the other has a 45° diversion leg offset. The change of direction is accomplished by changing the position of the blade from one line to the other by a rotary actuator. The valve’s actuator is directly coupled to the blade shaft. This arrangement distributes torque directly to the bucket shaft, eliminating stress to the valve components, which keeps production loss, downtime and maintenance cost to a minimum.

- Rotary pneumatic operator, with NEMA 4 single solenoid valves, single-pole double-throw and 2 limit switches – one indicating for each leg
- Electric operator, with 2 limit switches – one switch for each leg

- Round inlet and outlets with 150 lbs drilling flanges
- Inspection door
- Special materials available include 316 stainless steel, Hastelloy, Titanium
- Interior coating to provide abrasive resistance include chrome plating, nickel plating, tungsten carbide, and Stellite
- Interior polishes and cleanup
- Special seal materials as graphite, food grade TPFE
- Flexible tips of Teflon or polyurethane
