The Young Industries Low Headroom Direct From Bag "DFB" Unloader is the perfect solution when space is tight. It lets you unload bulk bags in areas with as little as 10 feet of headroom.
Here's how it works: A forklift takes the bag lifting bracket to the bulk bag, attaches it, and brings the bag to the DFB Unloader. The bag is placed on the mast, which uses a pneumatic cylinder to raise and lower it during unloading. A special clamping system keeps everything dust-tight.

We can equip your DFB Unloader with any of our conveying systems – pneumatic, mechanical, or Stinger® – to move your material where it needs to go. And if you need precise weighing, we can add load cells and gravimetric metering to the system.
