Young Industries Bulk Bag Unloading Frames provide a safe and efficient solution for handling your bulk bags, whether you need a simple frame or a complete unloading system. We build them tough, using heavy-duty 4" square tubing to create frames that can handle bags weighing up to 4,000 lbs. Our lifting brackets are load-tested to meet OSHA safety standards 1926.251 & 1926.251(a)(4). Integral dust collection systems are available to control dust during the unloading cycle and return collected dust directly to the unloading system.
You can choose from standard 5ft or 6ft square frames, or we can customize the size to fit your needs. Standard frame heights range from 15ft to 25ft, but we can adjust that too. To make lifting easy, we offer electric or pneumatic chain hoists. And to keep your workspace clean, we can integrate dust collection systems right into the frame. Need even more control? We can add weighing, conveying, and PLC controls to create a complete, automated unloading system.

Young Industries offers several styles of Bag Massagers to promote flow from the bulk bag. The systems range from a single cylinder operated breaker bars to multiple bottom/side massaging paddles. We select the proper system for the powder being stored in the bag and the type of bulk bag being used.
