Features & Options
The Bucket Diverter Valves are designed for mounting on a gravity discharge line to divert from a single inlet to one of two outlets. Flange-mounted bearings provide smooth, rugged operation, while O-ring seals on the bucket shaft prevent dust leakage, keeping your process clean and efficient.
Two models of the Bucket Diverter Valve are offered. One model has 30° diversion leg offset and the other has a 45° diversion leg offset. The change of direction is accomplished by changing the position of the bucket diverter plate from one line to the other by a rotary actuator. The rotary actuator directly couples to the bucket shaft, ensuring efficient torque transfer and minimizing stress on valve components. This translates to longer service life and reduced maintenance costs, keeping your operation running smoothly.
